Shipping and Handling:

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing (excluding international orders as we're only accepting Domestic Orders). As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order.


Please allow 7-14 business days for processing orders that are placed on the weekend and select holidays. 

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days (5-7 business days during the Holiday Season), please feel free to contact us directly.

If you have any order changes, please reach us at with your order number as the subject. 

Shipping methods and costs will vary based on your order's content and destination. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed.

Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require 2-3 additional business days for delivery.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate shipping/payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. 


Return and exchange policy:

NO REFUNDS. Before sending out your item(s), please contact Customer Care via e-mail. 


​FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Damaged Goods:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, get in touch with our Customer Care team within 5 business days upon receiving and we'll send you a replacement (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out). You can reach the team at info@moxieeshop.com.


If an item proves defective in workmanship or materials within 14 days, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you. This applies only to normal wear and does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, or changing your mind.

Before contacting Customer Care, have your order number ready. And of course, please be ready to describe the damage or defect.


Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges. 


Can I track my order?

In your shipping confirmation email, you'll receive a link to the tracking history. From there, you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your residence. Visit usps.com to enter the tracking number emailed to you.


Which methods of payments can I use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal.


Part of my order is missing/ You’ve sent me the wrong items.

Please email us a copy of your invoice, and picture of the product(s) that are missing to our Customer Care Team


I forgot to use my discount code.

USPS First Class standard rate is USD 7.35 per order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing (excluding international orders). As soon as your order ships, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided with your order.​
